Our Associates
At Becker & Poliakoff, we recognize that our success is built around the success of our people. Therefore, we pride ourselves on recruiting, developing and mentoring the best attorneys while also providing them with a positive and challenging work environment. Our approach is simple – it is a commitment to assist each associate in developing their practice and advancing their career. This is accomplished by providing attorneys access to innovative technology, professional training, marketing coaching, mentoring and more.

Our firm devotes more to attorney training than do many firms several times our size. Our own Becker & Poliakoff University (BPU) offers extensive hands-on training programs each year for attorneys. In addition we provide monthly in-house CLE lunches, a training video bank and a year-long program to develop future leaders of the firm (Leadership BP). The latter program selects four attorneys below equity shareholder status each year, on a competitive basis, to learn about law firm economics and develop skills in leadership, management and marketing in the business of law.

At Becker & Poliakoff, we measure client service just as we and most firms measure billable hours and client origination, because service is so important to our culture. And we have what is probably the industry’s first dedicated customer service department, the Client CARE Center.

The contribution of each member of the Becker & Poliakoff team is pivotal to the longevity of the organization.
