Lee Ann Tranford is an attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale office. She has extensive knowledge of purchase and sale, development, construction, and leasing, with experience in shopping center development, residential subdivision development, community development district bonds, homeowner associations, title insurance issues and residential condominium projects. She has experience with enterprise expansion, including representation of a large, multi-state grocery chain, which she advised during their growth in locations throughout Tennessee, Maine, and Pennsylvania, and representation of a nationwide fitness company in its initial expansion into Florida.
Activities & Memberships
Ms. Tranford is a Hearing Officer for the St. Petersburg Housing Authority. She is a member and Co-Chair of the Archives Subcommittee of the Junior League of St. Petersburg. She was previously Co-Chair of the Publications Committee and Recording Secretary as a member of the Board of Directors for the Junior League. As a member of the Albert Whitted Airport Preservation Society she served as the Special Events Chairperson. Lee Ann was also the Secretary of the Associate Board for the Orlando-UCF Festival.
